A
Action (workflow): An action is a change that is made to your store or an app when the condition is triggered.
Activity: an activity refers to any action in your stamp program that has a stamp value attached to it. This can be stamps from orders, i.e. getting one stamp per order or it can be redeeming cards for a reward or even an adjustment on your account (stamps expired etc),

Backdate: is the stamp backdate tool where you can backdate existing customers with stamps
Bonus stamps: additional stamps a customer can get because you’ve set up a bonus day or product bonuses.

Condition (workflow): A condition determines whether a an action is taken based on the conditions set.
Customers: All of your loyalty program members and guests

Dashboard: main UI page of Appy Stamp Loyalty and Rewards. here you can access all of the settings of the app.

Earn stamps: is where you can create ways your customers can earn stamps when joining, sharing or engaging with your brand/store
Exclusion rules: this is where you can select certain collections to exclude from a certain reward/ activity

Integrations

Member: A customer with a registered store account who treat as a registered member.

Onboarding: onboarding is the initial installation of the Appy Stamp Loyalty & Rewards app

Points currency: We don’t use “points” in essence as we are more like a traditional stamp card but it is the unit name for loyalty currency in many other platforms, which can be customized to fit a merchant brand.
POS: Point of sale
Program settings: Where you can manage the rewards program configurations, including the different reward types, earning types, stamp expiry and more.

Reward program types: The variety of ways to reward that make up a rewards program, including Stamps, Referrals, and VIP programs
Rewards: customers who have enough stamps or stamp cards can redeem their stamps towards a reward such as a discount code or free product etc

Stamp card: A full card of stamps, depending on how many you’ve set in your program settings.
Stamp expiry: Set an expiry for your stamps. This means customers will lose their unused stamps by a set expiry date. We have both fixed and rolling expiries.
Stamp branding: name your stamps to match your brand i.e. flowers, stars, cupcakes.
Stamp bonus days: is where you schedule days that customers can earn bonus stamps for purchasing on specific days.
Stamp Participation: this is where you can choose who can earn stamps and join your program.
Stamp redemption: is where you can select whether its a fixed amount of stamp cards, fixed amount of stamps or incremental amount of stamps.

Trigger (Workflow): A trigger is an event that starts a workflow.

UI: User interface – the screen you see to control the program.

Visitor: A person viewing a merchant’s store.
VIP Program: VIP tiers are levels members can unlock to receive associated membership benefits

Customers can unlock different tiers via earning stamps and purchasing items from your store.

Widget: the storefront facing interface that the customers interact with while on your store. This is their main entry point into their loyalty account on your store. It’s where they view their balance, see how they can earn and redeem their stamps and cards.
Workflow: A workflow is an automated process which you can setup to automate a process within your Shopify store.
